Set out line of walls Position and level shims to achieve a gap of 30 mm between the floor and the underside of the wall panel Position wall elements to line and prop in position. Push pull props (two per panel) are bolted to the face of the panel ( cast in anchors) and to the top of the floor slab.

Fix reinforcement cage to joint between adjacent panels Seal vertical joints between panels Seal horizontal joint at base of panel Fix starter bars / tie bars to panel over Fill panel with 35N10 structural concrete.

Timber form at kicker level Starter bars from the wall below projecting into the void area between the two plates.

Panel lowered into position over the starter bars projecting from the walls below .

Propped panel

Propped Gable wall panels (max height 6.1m) manufactured to the exact profile of the roof.
