Quality System

Elskes Fertigteile GbmH & Co.KG manufactures according to the DIN 1045-1 which confirms 100% to the Eurocode 2 design of concrete structures. Therefore Elskes GmbH & Co.KG had to establish a quality management. These quality testings have to be approved by an independed institute. The FEhS is certified as independent institute and checks the quality of the Elskes prefab products as well as the organisation of the quality system.
 

 

Monitoring the reinforcement process is the second important quality check according to the EC 2. This also has to be carried out by independent institutes. The MPA is one of the best institutes in this field. Elskes Fertigteile has ordered these checks at the MPA Dortmund . Samples of straightend steel are taken in and defined frequence by Elskes, they are sent to the supplier of the material. The test results are sent to Elskes afterwards. The MPA checks the machinery and takes samples of the processed steel independently. The samples are tested by MPA and compared with the results of the suppliere's tests. Within a period of 2 years all results are reported to the Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (German Institute for building technology). As far as all results confirm with the EC 2 Elskes gets the allowance to process reinforcement steel for another 2 years.

 

Elskes Fertigteile GmbH & Co.KG is supplying sites in the Netherlands. Therefore elskes had to establish another strong monitoring system to approve the quality. Within 3 month Elskes has got this certificat confirmed by KIWA Partner for progress.
